This
groom had quite a story to tell about the interesting way he proposed
to his bride-to-be. So I asked him to write the entire story down for
me. It was so intriguing, we decided to print it on a vellum overlay and
place it over a concept card featuring a black-and-white photograph of
Arthurs Seat in Scotland, the exact spot where he proposed.
I also asked him to write a short story about how he
and his bride met many years ago, and we used that on a vellum overlay
of the bride's shower invitation.
Then we thought the bride should have a turn, so she
too wrote down her special memories. Then I designed custom thank-you
cards with her story overlaying a photo of the blissful couple kissing
at midnight.
In addition, since this was a New Year's Eve wedding,
we sent everyone a little white box filed with confetti and a festive
blow horn, with a short note telling them to be sure to Save-the-Date!
