This
is a lovely story of romance between two long-time friends. After 15 years
of mere friendship, Kyle Bensing proposed to his good friend, Angie Savant,
during the first Christmas Eve snowfall in 7 years.
"The magic of a simple snowflake" graces the
first card the guests view as they open the white envelope. A close friend
of the couple painted a watercolor of a snowflake which was used as art
on the fronts and backs of all the cards. Each of the four cards measures
only 4"x 4" and are housed in a hand-sewn pocket of translucent
fabric backed with shimmery cover stock.
The fourth and final card is round instead of square
and serves as the rsvp. It has a giant snowflake on the back and doubles
as a place card. All the round rsvp/place cards will hang from a lighted
tree, with the appropriate name and table number calligraphied on them,
as the guests walk into the reception.
